Many countries of the world enforce censorship laws. The censored topics and the punishments meted out for violations of these laws vary from country to country. Please inform yourself about what is and what is not permitted in your own country.
As law-abiding citizens we disseminate only such writings which are in accordance with British and U.S. law. Should you encounter legal difficulties when purchasing our items, we recommend that you do not order electronically (email/fax/phone), but rather by letter, and, when paying by bank transfer, that you do not give any indication about the purpose of your payment in order to avoid creating evidence against yourself.
Since the legal situation is in constant flux in many countries and because we as publishers can impossibly monitor the legislative and judicial activities of 200+ countries, neither Castle Hill Publishers not CODOH can take legal responsibility for purchasing, importing, exporting, distributing, stocking, offering, promoting or otherwise disseminating our products in countries other than the UK and the USA.

The Information We Do NOT Collect
If you buy products at our CODOH/CHP web site, you will eventually pay the amount required. You have two basic options for this: You can either pay separately (cash, check/money order, or bank transfer), or with a credit card in real time. If you choose this latter option, upon check-out we will direct you to a page where we will ask you to enter your credit card information. This information will be transferred from your browser through a highly secure, encrypted channel directly to the processing computers of our bank. No person will ever see this data. For safety reason, we also do not accept credit card card payments by any other means, be it in person, by phone or in the mail. This way, nobody can ever misuse your information. : The CHP Bookstore has option to set up customer accounts, because for security reasons we NEVER store information about names, addresses or orders on our server permanently! They are regularly downloaded and subsequently deleted from the server. The downside of this is that you will have to enter your address data each time you place an order with us online. For returning customers this may be a little time consuming, but we think that your security is worth it.
