We are in the process of improving our shipping options, of which there are currently two. Which one we apply depends on the situation behind the scenes, so for now, these are not options you can choose from.
If your order contains only or at least a considerable number of items which we have enrolled for print-on-demand production, we will have the items shipped to you directly from the printing outlet nearest to your shipping address. Since they ship using commercial parcel services, this requires a contact phone number, hence we have made entering a contact phone number mandatory. From a certain order volume upward, your items will be trackable. If they are, we will notify you by email as soon as we have a tracking number. We are still testing the system, so we cannot yet exactly say what the limits are. Hence, for now we leave the shipping and handling charges as they have always been. In the near future, however, we will offer two shipping options below a certain order volume: a cheap one without tracking, a more expensive one with tracking. From a certain order volume onward, tracking is possible under any circumstance, which means we will have only the cheaper method for high-volume orders. Plus, of course, we will have free shipping from a certain volume onward as we currently do.
If your order contains items we store in our warehouse in the UK, we have to ship it from there. Our standard method for this uses the British postal services of Royal Mail and abroad the common mail carriers of the respective countries.
For orders with a total mass of more than 5 kg we may opt for the services of a commercial parcel service such as Hermes, Deutscher Paket Dienst (DPD), DHL or similar. Since we as a small enterprise do not receive bulk discounts from these companies, smaller orders are often too expensive. Again, since these parcel services require a contact phone number to reach the recipient, we have made entering a phone number mandatory when checking out.
Depending on the shipping location, we currently add the following basic fee and percentage for packaging, shipping and handling to your order's net total, while delivering free of charge from the given total onward:

If you are paying by cheque, cash or bank transfer, we will ship your order only after having received your payment.
Please be aware that, for orders shipped from our UK warehouse, CHP as a small business collect orders during the week and mail them out only once a week. If you require immediate mailing, please let us know. PoD items will be shipped by the printers usually within 5 business days of placing the order with them.
Returns & Complaints
All orders are final. We do NOT take any returns.
If our shipment arrives with any damage, with incomplete or incorrect content, we will strive to correct this at no charge to you. In such as case, please contact us using our contact page.
Our offer lasts until revoked and as long as stock lasts.
